When will my order be dispatched?

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouses within Australia. The specific warehouse is selected based on product availability and cannot be chosen or changed.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to change any order details (e.g., name, address). If you change your mind immediately after placing an order, please contact our team as soon as possible for assistance.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check that your delivery address is correct. For a missed delivery, contact the carrier directly using your tracking details. For further assistance, please contact our team.

Return Policy

How do I return an Alex Perry product purchased online?
To initiate a return, you must first obtain approval from our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled as follows:

  • National Orders: Complementary returns are offered.
  • International Orders: Returns are accepted at the customer’s cost (including freight and duties/taxes).

Items must be undamaged, in sellable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all garment tags attached. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted. Please note we cannot process refunds for items sent without prior communication with our customer care team or for items received outside the return period.

What is the return process?
If your item meets the return criteria, please contact our team to request a return. You will receive acceptance confirmation and further instructions for sending the item back to us. Once received, our team will thoroughly inspect the item(s).

Can I exchange an item purchased online?
Exchanges for a different size or style are available for full-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Please contact our client advisors directly with your exchange request.
